Understanding Your Scores
Behavidence is an advanced mental health tool that uses anonymized digital behavior to provide insights into Worry, Stress, Mood, and Focus levels. These insights are generated by machine learning algorithms trained on cohorts of hundreds of thousands of users and patients. Clinicians receive calculated scores, offering a non-intrusive, privacy-conscious method to monitor mental well-being.

What it measures: Compares anonymized behavior to cohorts with high levels of worry.
Score interpretation: A 100% worry score indicates behavior highly consistent with individuals experiencing high worry, while a 0% score suggests low worry behavior.
What it measures: Compares anonymized behavior to cohorts of individuals experiencing high stress.
Score interpretation: A 100% stress score reflects high stress-like behavior patterns, and 0% indicates low stress patterns.
What it measures: Compares anonymized behavior with individuals exhibiting both high and low mood states, including those with depression.
Score interpretation: A 100% mood score suggests elevated mood behavior, while 0% corresponds to behavior typical of low mood or depression.
What it measures: Compares anonymized behavior to cohorts of individuals with high focus, as well as those with low focus or ADHD.
Score interpretation: A 100% focus score indicates behavior characteristic of high focus, while 0% suggests lower focus or ADHD-like patterns.
How Are Scores Calculated?
The scores are derived from analyzing patterns in app opens, app closes, and the time spent on and off the phone. The system does not collect any identifiable information, such as browser activity or social media usage details.
