Co-Founder & CEO
Roy brings years of leadership experience in digital marketing and machine learning. He created one of the most disruptive frameworks for machine learning algorithms at Facebook. His entrepreneurial portfolio includes founding Quantum Brands, and leadership roles at VidMob and Wix. He is currently completing his second Master's degree in Neuroscience.
Co-Founder & CTO
Girish holds an MS in Computer Science (Artificial Intelligence) and a Ph.D. in Biomedical Engineering. With 20+ years in medical technology, his career spans R&D and product leadership at Toshiba Medical, GE Healthcare, and Samsung Healthcare. His research focus is digital phenotyping for precision healthcare.
Chief Medical Officer
A medical doctor and serial entrepreneur, Dr. Ellenberger brings years of clinical experience across three continents. Driven to find solutions for accurate and early diagnosis of mental illness, she combines deep medical knowledge with a passion for innovation in healthcare.
Chief Operations Officer
Maria Torounidou is the Chief Operating Officer at Behavidence, bringing extensive experience leading large-scale national healthcare programs across the UK. She previously served as a Senior Program Manager working with the Department of Health, the NHS, and the UK Civil Service, where she drove complex system-wide initiatives and operational excellence. At Behavidence, Maria combines her deep understanding of healthcare systems with a passion for innovation, helping translate cutting-edge technology into scalable, real-world impact.
